How fast we answer
Honest reply times, not a promise we can’t keep.
We are a small team in Ontario, Canada, working Monday to Friday on Eastern Time. These are the times we aim for, and we say so when we miss them.

What makes a reply faster
- The exact words you searched, or the product link.
- For a wrong match, both listings. Wrong matches are what we most want to hear about.
- Your browser and device, if the app or extension misbehaved.
What we don’t offer
No phone line, no live chat and no office to visit, so you won’t find them hidden anywhere. We also can’t help with an order: we sell nothing, so the seller you bought from handles delivery, returns and refunds (shipping and returns).
